Hot & Crispy Bonda
- Add 200ml water to 500g of Nalaas Bhajji Bonda Mix.
- Slice a medium sized onion and some green chillies.
- Add the chopped onion and green chillies along with curry leaves and seasoning to the mixture.
- Let the mixture soak for 15 minutes.
- Slice vegetables of your choice such as Plantain, Onion or Potato.
- Dip the vegetable slices in the mix and fry in hot oil until they turn golden brown.
- Enjoy the crispy and flavorful Bondas with chutney of your choice!
