Crispy Methuvadai

  • Add water to Nalaas Methuvadai Mix and mix until there are no lumps.
  • Add chopped green chillies, onion, curry leaves and coriander leaves and mix well.
  • Set aside for 15-20 minutes.
  • Put some oil on the palms of your hands and shape the dough into the traditional ring shape.
  • Deep fry the rings in oil until golden brown.
  • Serve with chutney of choice.
