Crispy Methuvadai
- Add water to Nalaas Methuvadai Mix and mix until there are no lumps.
- Add chopped green chillies, onion, curry leaves and coriander leaves and mix well.
- Set aside for 15-20 minutes.
- Put some oil on the palms of your hands and shape the dough into the traditional ring shape.
- Deep fry the rings in oil until golden brown.
- Serve with chutney of choice.
